The contents of this manual are presented as a matter of information only. The plans, policies, and procedures described are not conditions of employment. By viewing this page, you acknowledge that you have received the newest Spanish Fork City Personnel Policies, and you understand it does not create an employee contract. The language in this manual is not intended to create, nor is it to be construed to constitute, a contract between Spanish Fork City and any one or all of its employees.

You understand it is your responsibility to become familiar with and adhere to the policies and procedures stated therein. You understand no verbal or written agreements, understandings, representations or statements made by your supervisor, or anyone, can change the policies outlined in this Manual, or bind Spanish Fork City to any course of action.

You agree to abide by the polices provided herein and understand if you do not, you may be subject to disciplinary action as outlined in the policy manual.

You understand when your employment with the city ends, you have an obligation to satisfy all financial obligations related to your employment by the City. In the event you do not satisfy those financial obligations, you expressly authorize a deduction from your final paycheck to satisfy any remaining financial obligations.
